Submit commercial and industrial flooring and concrete-coating scopes for review. Share plans and specs, request pricing or an estimate, or ask to be added to our bid list — for projects across Orange, Seminole, and Volusia counties.
Scopes SFS can review and price
We are a flooring and concrete-coating subcontractor. If a scope below is in your project, send it over and we'll tell you whether we can quote it.
- Commercial & industrial floor coatings Epoxy, polyaspartic, and resinous systems for warehouses, manufacturing, kitchens, and back-of-house areas.
- Concrete surface preparation Diamond grinding, shot blasting, and profiling so specified coatings bond to the slab.
- Concrete repair & restoration Crack and joint repair, spall and pit patching, and leveling ahead of a finished system.
- Decorative & performance finishes Quartz, flake, metallic, urethane-cement, and polished-concrete finishes where the spec calls for them.
- Coatings removal & re-coat Removing failed or incompatible coatings and re-preparing the surface for a new system.
- Moisture mitigation Moisture-vapor barrier systems where slab testing or the schedule requires them.
Concrete preparation and repair capabilities
Most coating failures start with the slab. Our scope almost always includes the prep and repair that has to happen before a finished system goes down.
- 01
Assess the slab first
Slab condition, moisture, existing coatings, cracks, joints, and flatness — reviewed against the spec before a system is recommended.
- 02
Profile mechanically
Diamond grinding or shot blasting to the profile the coating manufacturer requires. No bond, no warranty.
- 03
Repair to plane
Cracks and control joints filled, spalls and pits patched, low areas leveled so the finish reads uniform.
Coating and flooring systems
We install to the specified system — or recommend one based on use, environment, and slab condition.
- Epoxy & self-leveling epoxy
- Polyaspartic & polyurethane topcoats
- Urethane-cement (thermal-shock / wet areas)
- Decorative quartz & flake broadcast
- Metallic epoxy
- Polished concrete & grind-and-seal
- Moisture-vapor barrier systems
- Joint fill, crack repair & concrete patching
The project-submission process
Submitting a project starts a review. It is not a commitment to bid — we confirm case by case.

Add a plans link, upload drawings and specs, or both. Documents go straight to private storage.

We tell you whether we can price the opportunity and what we need to put numbers together.
Bid-list requests
Ask to add Specialty Flooring Solutions to your bid list for flooring and concrete-coating scopes and we'll confirm the trades and project types we want to see, the counties we cover, and the best estimating contact. Being on your list means we review your invitations — it does not obligate either side to a specific project.
Plans & documents
Share a plans/spec link (SharePoint, Box, Dropbox, a plan-room URL) or upload files directly on the form: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, and PNG, up to 10 files, 25 MB each, 100 MB total. Upload either, both, or neither — a written scope description is enough to start a review.
How your documents are handled
Uploaded documents and plan links are stored privately and are only accessible to Specialty Flooring Solutions staff through an authenticated admin login. They are never published, never linked publicly, and are not shared outside the company. Files are kept for 90 days unless the project moves forward, after which they are removed. We only collect what we need to review and price the work.
General Contractor project inquiry
Send the project details and we'll review scope, location, schedule, and current capacity, then confirm whether we can price it. Fields marked * are required. Submitting this form is a request for review — it does not guarantee a bid.
We review new inquiries in the order they arrive and will follow up about next steps. This confirms receipt — it is not a bid or a price.
