Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Specialty Flooring Solutions LLC ("we," "us") collects through sfscoatings.com and how it is used.
Information We Collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, customer type, project type, approximate square footage, city or service area, and any project details or message you include.
We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing, or third-party ad tracking on this website. We do not send the information you submit through the quote form — your name, email, phone, address, or project details — to Google Analytics or any analytics provider.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand basic, aggregate usage of this website: which pages are visited, and whether a visitor clicked a phone number, clicked our email address, or submitted a quote request. This helps us understand which pages and calls-to-action are effective.
Google Analytics does not receive the content of the quote form. It may record that a quote was successfully submitted and, in general, non-identifying categories such as customer type (residential, commercial, industrial) or project type — never your name, email, phone number, address, or the details you wrote. We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising personalization, or remarketing features in Google Analytics.
Most browsers let you block or clear analytics cookies in their privacy settings, and Google provides a browser opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your quote request — to understand your project, contact you about it, and follow up with an estimate. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How Your Information Is Stored
Quote requests are stored in Cloudflare D1, a managed database service. Access is restricted to authorized Specialty Flooring Solutions personnel through a password-protected admin system.
Email Delivery
When you submit a quote request, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided and a notification email to our team, using Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes the message content solely to deliver these emails.
Infrastructure
This website, its media assets, and its underlying services are hosted on Cloudflare's network (Pages, D1, R2, and related services).
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain quote request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at the email address below and we will honor reasonable requests.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit, including transport encryption and access controls on our admin system. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business and consumer use by adults and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
