Our Floor Coating Installation Process
Every project follows the same disciplined sequence — because a lasting floor is built step by step, not rushed.
- 01
Consultation & Site Review
We review your space, how the floor is used, and your goals — in person or from your details.
- 02
System Recommendation
We recommend the coating system, finish, and topcoat matched to your environment and budget.
- 03
Surface Preparation
Diamond grinding or shot blasting opens the concrete profile so the coating bonds mechanically.
- 04
Concrete Repair / Joint Fill
Cracks, spalls, pits, and control joints are repaired and filled for a sound, uniform base.
- 05
Primer or Moisture Barrier
Where needed, a primer or moisture vapor barrier is applied to protect the finished system.
- 06
Base Coat / Build Coat
The pigmented base or build coats are applied to establish thickness and color.
- 07
Quartz, Flake, Metallic, or Finish System
Decorative media or the specified finish system is installed for texture, color, and grip.
- 08
Topcoat / Protective Coating
A durable, UV-stable topcoat locks in the system and adds abrasion and chemical resistance.
