Demo location: Tampa, FL is sample data used to preview how project markets display. It is not a confirmed project location.
The challenge
The existing slab had a long crack running across it, along with old paint spatter and oil staining — the kind of damage that telegraphs straight through floor paint if it isn't dealt with first.
Preparation & repair
- Mechanical surface preparation of the slab
- Visible cracks addressed during surface preparation, before coating
- Degreasing and cleaning of stained areas before coating
The system we installed
Visible cracks were addressed as part of the surface-preparation process before the coating stage shown. After preparation we installed a full flake broadcast system in a grey/blue/white blend and sealed it with a clear high-gloss topcoat.
This garage is a good example of why preparation matters more than the colour chip. The slab had a long crack and years of staining. Visible cracks were addressed as part of the surface-preparation process before the coating stage shown, so the finished flake floor reads clean and even.
The before photo and the finished photo are from the same residential visit. We have presented them as separate steps rather than a matched before-and-after of one spot on the floor.

The result
A bright, seamless garage floor that hides minor imperfections in the flake texture, wipes clean, and stands up to hot tires and dropped tools.
